AMPED GENERAL POLICIES
•Kids under 16 are allowed before 9:00pm only.
•After 9:00pm, everyone who enters must be at least 16 years old, and customers ages 16 & 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
•All guests must adhere to all rules, policies, and instructions. We reserve the right to refuse service and revoke karaoke privileges to anyone at any time, with no refunds.
•No outside beverages or food carry-in may be brought on the premises at any time.

PRIVACY POLICY
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
PAYMENT POLICY
All Bars & Recreation facilities, including Amped, are cashless. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. All point of sale terminals are equipped with touchless pay technology. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment for services rendered or products sold.
REFUND POLICY
All payments for deposits, merchandise, and gift cards are final and no refunds will be processed.
SHIPPING POLICY
All merchandise and gift card orders will ship within 2 business days of the order being placed.
